Terms and Conditions

These Terms of Use have been established to define how the Vision Solutions platform is used. These terms and conditions constitute a binding agreement between the first party, represented by the subscriber, and the second party, represented by the “Vision Solutions” platform. By using the platform, you agree to these terms and conditions and all related policies such as the return and privacy policies. You must comply with all their provisions and not violate them to avoid legal liability or compensation obligations.

About the Platform

The platform provides integrated services to merchants such as purchasing and shipping from China, providing a Chinese mailing address, and storage in a Chinese warehouse.

The platform allows its subscribers to use its services.

Explanation of Terms and Definitions

• Vision Solutions: A term that includes all forms of the company’s online commercial presence, whether as an application, website, or electronic platform.
• Merchant: Any merchant (natural or legal person) who registers on the Vision Solutions platform to create an online store or use any of the services provided by Vision Solutions.
• Agreement: The Terms and Conditions for using the Vision Solutions electronic platform, which governs the relationship between the parties.

Merchant Eligibility

• The merchant acknowledges his legal capacity to contract and enter into legal transactions and that he is at least 18 years old according to the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and that he fully understands the process of purchasing, importing, and shipping from China through the Vision Solutions platform.
• A merchant under the legal age of majority (18 years) in Saudi Arabia may engage in commerce only after providing proof of guardian consent, such as a guardianship document or a signed approval from the legal guardian if required.
• If a merchant registers as an institution, company, or other legal entity, that entity must possess the necessary legal and regulatory capacity to engage in commercial activity through the Vision Solutions platform.

Registration and Subscription

When applying to join the Vision Solutions platform, you must provide certain personal information and set a username and password to use while benefiting from Vision Solutions’ services. Please note the following:

• The merchant is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account information and passwords and must notify Vision Solutions immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of account security.
• The merchant must use the Vision Solutions platform with integrity and seriousness, comply with these terms, and follow Saudi legal and regulatory standards, compensating Vision Solutions for any direct or indirect losses resulting from unauthorized or improper account use.
• The merchant must provide accurate, truthful, and updated legal information during registration and update it when changes occur.
• The username must not include contact details (email, phone number, etc.) or any words suggesting a personal or business relationship with Vision Solutions or its employees/owners.

Purchasing from China

Vision Solutions enables the purchase and import of products from China through its “Buy from China” service, which includes items from popular Chinese websites (Alibaba 1688, Taobao, Tmall) under the following conditions:

• The “Buy from China” service covers product purchasing only and is not responsible for international shipping or storage.
• Products purchased through the service are shipped to Vision Solutions’ warehouse in China and recorded under the merchant’s account.
• The merchant must track orders and confirm their arrival before requesting shipment.
• The merchant bears full responsibility for purchases. Vision Solutions acts only as an intermediary between the merchant and Chinese suppliers and is not liable for product type, form, or quality.
• The merchant should request inspection if they want to verify product condition or shipping eligibility. Prohibited shipment lists can be found on the “Prohibited Shipments” page.

You can track the shipment from your dashboard. Our team will locate any shipment matching your provided details in our warehouses and register it in your account once found.

Shipping

Vision Solutions provides international shipping services through third-party logistics partners. The following points apply:

• Shipping companies update package status within 24–48 business hours after order pickup, or up to 72 hours during peak periods.
• If there’s an issue with the shipment contents, the merchant must contact the shipping company directly. Vision Solutions does not ship or deliver damaged goods unless requested by the merchant.
• If a shipment is lost, please contact us.
• For domestic pickup within China, merchants must create a local delivery order; direct pickup from the China warehouse is not allowed.
• Shipping companies charge based on actual or volumetric weight, whichever is higher. Shipping fees may vary, and all customs, tax, or return fees are borne by the merchant.
• If a shipment is returned due to prohibited content or other reasons, the merchant bears the cost of re-shipment to Vision Solutions’ warehouses.
• Shipping fees include internal transport, fuel surcharges, and taxes depending on the shipping line, in addition to Vision Solutions’ and the carrier’s profit margins.
• Shipping weight is rounded to the nearest whole number in accordance with international shipping laws.
• Return fees must be paid before initiating the process, with internal return costs determined afterward.

Legal Liability

• Vision Solutions is not responsible for services provided by third-party vendors through the platform. Such interactions are independent contractual relationships between the merchant and the service provider.
• Vision Solutions is not responsible for unsatisfactory or delayed performance by shipping companies, payment gateways, or banks, nor for losses or delays caused by unavailable products or delayed deliveries.
• The platform has the right to immediately terminate any account exhibiting abusive or threatening behavior—whether verbal or written—toward customers, employees, or staff.
• The platform may terminate any account containing threats, defamation, or violations of these Terms of Use, or any activity that causes harm to Vision Solutions inside or outside the platform.
• Vision Solutions reserves the right to pursue legal action against any client who defames or damages the company’s reputation through any information technology means.

Declaration

• All subscribers agree not to upload hacking or spyware content, spread malware or viruses, or publish obscene or inappropriate materials. Violators will bear full legal responsibility and compensation obligations, and Vision Solutions reserves the right to refer such cases to Saudi authorities.
• Subscribers are fully responsible for all images, videos, trademarks, and content they upload, ensuring no copyright infringement occurs.
• Subscribers agree not to use bots, scrapers, or unauthorized programs, nor register or collect email addresses for improper use.
• Users of electronic payment services confirm that the payment card used is authorized and that they bear full responsibility for its use.
• Subscribers acknowledge that Vision Solutions is not liable for any financial losses, defamation, or damages resulting from misuse or inability to use the platform.
• Subscribers also acknowledge that Vision Solutions and its employees, owners, and administrators are not obliged to provide compensation for any future errors.

Compensation

• Vision Solutions bears no responsibility for claims arising from errors or negligence by users, whether direct, indirect, or incidental.
• Vision Solutions is not responsible for delays by supporting companies or third parties and bears no liability for resulting losses.
• The merchant is entitled to compensation equivalent to twice the shipping cost after three months of the expected delivery time in cases of loss or damage.
• Vision Solutions provides a complaint mechanism through the grievance department. The merchant may file a claim, which will be reviewed, and compensation—if applicable—will be processed within 14 days, according to the stated terms.

Confidentiality

• Vision Solutions is committed to handling your personal and contact information confidentially in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
• The platform follows high-quality security standards to protect users and prevent unauthorized access to their data or stores.

Promotional Publications and Offers

• These Terms of Use apply to all printed and electronic advertisements across different publishing platforms and social media channels.
• These materials are promotional tools for Vision Solutions and are subject to change.
• Vision Solutions does not guarantee fixed service prices, packages, or offers.
• All offers by Vision Solutions are temporary and time-limited. The company reserves the right to terminate, modify, or restrict eligibility for any offer at any time.

Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights

• All content on this platform, including design, images, software, and text, is the property of Vision Solutions or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
• No subscriber may copy, display, modify, publish, sell, or license any part of the platform’s content except as explicitly permitted by law or mutual agreement.
• Users may download or print content for personal, non-commercial use only, provided all copyright and trademark notices remain intact.
• Vision Solutions respects the intellectual property rights of merchants, whether established before or after their store creation.

Changes

Vision Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time by updating this page, provided the changes do not constitute a fundamental alteration. Users should check this page periodically to ensure continued agreement.

Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of Saudi courts, specifically those located in Jeddah, where the company’s headquarters are based.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

All subscribers confirm that they have read these Terms and Conditions in detail, agree to all provisions, and shall not violate them in any way.
