Air Shipping
Terms and conditions for air freight
Weight and Dimension Conditions
- The higher value between volumetric and actual weight applies.
- No shipment is accepted if any side exceeds 1.2 meters in length.

Compensation
In case of loss or damage: The customer will be compensated with twice the shipping cost after 3 months from the expected delivery date.
Taxes and Fees
- All goods shipped to Saudi Arabia are subject to a 15% VAT.
- All shipping lines include customs clearance.

- Additional fees may apply for inland transport, fuel, and VAT.
Quantity Conditions
The minimum quantity for sea shipping is 1 CBM, and the products must be from the same category. Mixed goods from different categories (e.g., clothing with electrical tools) cannot be combined in one CBM.
Disclaimer
- Vision Solutions is not responsible for delays, damage, or return of goods caused by legal reasons, customs procedures, weather conditions, natural disasters, or political issues affecting transportation or clearance.
- Vision Solutions bears no responsibility in case of any sudden decisions or actions by customs or other carriers, but will make every effort to resolve them.
- If the recipient violates local laws, the customer bears full responsibility and must ensure the product specifications comply with the customs regulations of the destination country.
- The customer bears full legal responsibility, losses, fines, and penalties if false information or concealment of illegal goods is found.
Packaging and Labeling Conditions
- Vision Solutions is not liable for any damage caused by carton compression during shipping unless it affects the product itself. Customers may request specific or additional packaging for an extra fee.
- Vision Solutions does not accept requests to list other company or factory names in customs clearance documents.
- For items containing liquids or batteries, please contact technical support first.
- All products must have a “Made in China” label. If not available, the label will be added for a small fee.

Important Note
If a shipment is lost or delayed for more than three months after the expected delivery date (for both air and sea shipping), compensation will be processed according to the terms mentioned above. Vision Solutions will not recognize any claims before the completion of this three-month period.
